1. Services
Bicester K9 Coaching provides dog training services including but not limited to private training sessions, group classes, behavioural consultations, and online resources.
All training advice and services are provided based on professional knowledge and experience. However, results may vary depending on the dog, handler consistency, and other environmental factors.
2. Bookings and Payment
Bookings must be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or approved booking system.

Prices are set according to the length and complexity of the training programme or course or class and may change without prior notice.

A deposit payment is required in advance to secure your booking.

Balancing invoices are sent following the last training session with 14 day settlement terms.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session:

Please provide at least 48 hours notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, trainer illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Owner Responsibilities
Owners are responsible for the behaviour and welfare of their dogs during training sessions.
By booking our services you confirm that:

Your dog is legally allowed in public areas.

Your dog is vaccinated and in good health.

You will inform us of any known aggression, bite history, or behavioural issues prior to training.

Dogs must remain under the handler’s control at all times unless otherwise instructed.
5. Liability
While every reasonable precaution is taken, participation in dog training carries inherent risks. You agree that the Trainer has no responsibility for injuries or damage to you, your dog or personal property. Your dog must be kept on a lead during training unless agreed with the Trainer.
